Besides, eValue catalogue is complemented by <strong>tests to assess Personality and Intelligence<\/strong>, given the high predictive value these variables have on the future performance of the candidate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Given each competency, the most suitable assessment technique has been selected according to the goal of the assessment: work inbox exercise, aptitude test, self-report, situational test or task performance test.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After the tests, eValue automatically generates a report for each candidate, where <strong>score and level obtained<\/strong> are specified, along with the proper interpretation. Results can also be visualized \u2014and exported\u2014 individually or as a group, and it is possible to do the same with a complete process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">eValue allows <strong>customising the assessment process<\/strong> with the most suitable tests, depending on the goal of the assessment.<\/p>\n<p><!-- On the one hand, we have fixed sets of profiles assessments (Young Professionals, Sales Representatives, Team Managers, Entrepreneurs\u2026) that, using a set of fixed tests, focus on the most relevant skills for each profile. The report of results provides a description of the strong points and areas for improvement of each evaluatee, plus an interpretation oriented to every kind of profile. On the other hand, if the objective is obtaining a full competencies profile, but there is a limited amount of time available, eValue offers a test called Prisma 4D. A questionnaire asks the evaluatee about training, experience, interests and skills related to the big eight transversal competencies (also divided into twenty dimensions). --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tests are available in Spanish and English.\u00a0Some tests are also available in Brazilian Portuguese.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #9f1700;\">How does eValue work?[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Head of HR may choose between <strong>customised recruitment<\/strong>, being advised by the team of psychologists at IIC on the most suitable tests for the <a href=\"\/en\/big-data-services\/hr-environment\/profiles-assessments\/\">professional profiles<\/a> that need to be evaluated, or select any of the sets of tests already chosen by the Institute for <strong>certain profiles<\/strong> such as sales, entrepreneurs, team managers or young professionals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the beginning of the process, <strong>instruction manuals<\/strong> of the management system are provided along with all the documents needed to start using the tool.
