There are internal networks at companies that remain hidden since they are not included in the formal structure.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row bg_color=&#8221;#f7f7f7&#8243; top_padding=&#8221;40&#8243; bottom_padding=&#8221;40&#8243;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #9f1700;\">What is AROS?<\/span><\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AROS (for Social and Organizational Network Analysis) is a <strong>consultancy service<\/strong> from Instituto de Ingenier\u00eda del Conocimiento (IIC) to identify, categorise and measure interactions among employees, focusing on those relevant for entrepreneurial processes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This study applies one of the most advanced approaches in organizational analysis: <strong>Social Network Analysis<\/strong> (SNA) covers concepts and specific analysis methods to extract valuable information out of these organization maps (detecting spontaneous collaboration and communication groups, identifying hidden talent or discovering areas for improvement on the company).<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"single_image wpb_content_element align-center \" data-animation=\"none\" data-delay=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iic.uam.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/organigrama_EN.png\" alt=\"Organizational\" \/><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #9f1700;\">How does AROS work?<\/span><\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The AROS consultancy service is provided <strong>in close collaboration with the client<\/strong> in order to adapt the project to each company\u2019s context. DATA COLLECTION&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Questionnaires:<\/strong> Employees report their relations and how they are using an online questionnaire.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Digital footprint:<\/strong> Digital interactions among employees are collected from any type of channel employed for collaborating: email, corporate social platforms, chat, IP voice, corporate social networks, etc. Using <a href=\"\/en\/big-data-services\/hr-environment\/earos\/\">eAROS<\/a> will be considered, as it provides continuous monitoring and analysis of networks based on the digital footprint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;STAGE 3.
