eDevelop

eDevelop is a system created by IIC to develop the competencies most in demand in the job market. Thus, it is recommended for young talented people, recently graduates, intermediate technical profiles with no previous training on the matter and for professionals recently arrived to the job market.

With eDevelop users learn how to put into practice a series of behaviours that will help them  to develop a correct and optimum performance of their jobs.

eDevelop consists of seven courses, called Competencies self-development programs (Programas de Autodesarrollo de Competencias PAC):

• Leadership.
• Communication.
• Better your own results.
• Team work.
• Self-management.
• Negotiation.
• Client orientation.

eDevelop is based on an autonomous, individualized, progressive and practical learning. All the courses are 100 per cent online, not being necessary any classroom sessions.

The different courses permit to acquire the knowledge, strategies and action guidelines in a personalized way with a personal tutor and with specific tools to do the most out of the courses.  The main goal of the PACs is to apply what they have learned to real situations, i.e., to facilitate the transfer of the acquired knowledge to their jobs.

Along the course different assessments are carried out to determine the level of mastery both of the theoretical contents and the level acquired by the pupils after the training cases.

eDevelop courses can be purchased on IIC online shop. They are managed via the internet through the IIC on demand service allowing the users to do the tests remotely whenever they wish or they can also be implemented on the organization’s intranet.
